Dr. Dana C. Allen

Dr. Allen is the owner of Dawson Forest Animal Hospital. She graduated from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine in 1992 after completing her undergraduate degree from Berry College. She grew up in south Forsyth and north Fulton County, and moved to Dawsonville shortly after graduating veterinary school. She opened Dawson Forest Animal Hospital in 1997.
She has wanted to be a veterinarian since she was a young child, and has always loved working with horses, dogs, and cats.
She is married with 3 human children, 8 dogs, and 8 cats. She enjoys traveling to new places, playing trivia, hanging out with family (2 and 4 legged), and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
She is committed to providing the best possible medicine, as well as the best possible customer service.
