    Dana C. Allen C. Allen

    Dr. Allen is the owner of Dawson Forest Animal Hospital.  She graduated from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine in 1992 after completing her undergraduate degree from Berry College.  She grew up in south Forsyth and north Fulton County, and moved to Dawsonville shortly after graduating veterinary school.  She opened Dawson Forest Animal Hospital in 1997.

    Christy has been with Dawson Forest Animal Hospital since 2007. She left a couple of years ago when she relocated out of state. In the time that she was out of the state, she worked in emergency. She has been a veterinary technician for over 23 years.

    Amy also recently returned to Dawson Forest Animal Hospital.  Amy is a highly-skilled groomer with 20+ years experience.  She has two adult children and a grandson.  She also has 4 dogs and 2 cats.

    Assistant Head Technician

    Yvette started in the veterinary field in 2016 as a Kennel Technician. Being the quick leaner that she is, Yvette became an assistant in a couple months and is now working to become a Technician.

    Yvette lives in Dahlonega with her husband Kyle, two dogs and pig, Remington, Drew and Hamlet. She loves to hike, fish and enjoy nature.

    I have worked in kennels since 2015 and began my journey working as a kennel assistant here at Dawson Forest Animal Hospital in December 2019.
